At Oryn Case, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In its original condition, unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be:

With tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
