Refund policy
At Oryn Case, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as single-use items (e.g., screen protectors). However, all other products are eligible for return without issue.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
